So......the 5 day trip around a small corner of south Spain has finished today. Last night concluded with a walk around the town, eating probably the best cheese and jamon of my life, and I have eaten a lot over the last 30 years, and made some new friends and contacts. Up early this morning to see the local beaches, the wild life reserve in the distance, yet more castles, churches, a local market and a visit to a sherry bodega. The wines are kept in old American oak casks that have been used previously for brandy and whisky - and the sherries take from 2 to 8 or 9 years IN the casks before they are bottled. Just lovely !!
